These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Amazon Seller Toolkit ("the Service"), provided by AMZBRIDGEGLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("AMZBridgeGlobal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help Amazon sellers analyze products, calculate profitability and manage wholesale sourcing operations. The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis, across the Basic, Medium and Pro plans described on our pricing page.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle is responsible for payment processing, calculating and collecting applicable taxes, and issuing invoices. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to violate Amazon's Terms of Service, or to attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
The Service, its technology, design and content are the property of AMZBridgeGlobal. No ownership rights in the software are granted; only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while your subscription is active.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AMZBridgeGlobal will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including purchase or sale decisions made based on the analysis it provides.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for serious breaches of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
